The โMethods, Digital Transformation and Innovation Divisionโ of the Sector Department develops innovative methodological approaches and shapes GIZ's knowledge and innovation management. In addition to advisory services in various GIZ projects worldwide, GIZ innovation management also focuses on internal innovation promotion. One instrument is the GIZ Innovation Fund, GIZ's intrapreneurship programme. It is a multi-stage innovation programme for all GIZ employees worldwide and their external partners (e.g. start-ups, NGOs, public authorities). The Innovation Fund includes a company-wide Call for Ideas, a six-week idea validation phase (Launchpad), a six-month Accelerator phase and a six-month Maturation phase. Methodologically, the Innovation Fund is based on Human Centred Design and Lean Startup approaches. Ihre Aufgaben
You will support a variety of tasks for the implementation of the GIZ Innovation Fund. This includes the following activities:
Support in the preparation and implementation of (digital) workshops and events of the GIZ Innovation Fund and support of communication with participants Support in project management and knowledge management tasks Support of GIZ internal and external communication measures (blog posts, social media, newsletters, PowerPoints, storyboards videos, etc.) Potentially, further tasks in the context of innovation managementIhr Profil
You have completed your basic studies in social sciences, economics, or humanities, ideally with a focus on innovation and digitalisation You have a high affinity for communication and marketing, the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way, an eye for the visual presentation of information and initial experience in the creation of multimedia communication materials You have gained initial experience in project and knowledge management You enjoy working with motivated innovators and you have gained first experiences in the organisation of (digital) events and innovative learning environments You ideally have experience with or are keen to learn more about methods such as Human-Centered Design and Lean Startup You have gained insight into the field of development cooperation during your studies You have a very good command of English, German language skills are an asset You have very good IT skills (MS Office package is a basic requirement) and ideally experience in working with various digital platforms (e.g. digital whiteboards and e-learning platformsHinweise
