The Bavarian Africa Office reports to the Bavarian State Chancellery and promotes the establishment and expansion of long-term partnerships between African and Bavarian actors in the areas of economic cooperation, scientific cooperation and development cooperation. Geographically, the office's work focuses primarily on Bavaria's four partner regions in Africa (Ethiopia, Senegal, South Africa and Tunisia) as well as on pan-African initiatives involving the African Union.
Your tasks
As part of your internship, you will have the following tasks, among others:
Support in the monitoring and further development of concrete cooperationformats between Bavarian and African actors Support for monitoring, research and reporting on political and socio-economic developments in Ethiopia, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia and at African Union level Support in the organization of events of the Africa Office Support in the conception and preparation of delegation trips of the Bavarian State Government/the Bavarian State Parliament to AfricaYour profile
