Reports To: Mental Health Co-Director
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options.

Employment Type: Full Time (40% travel to PIH global sites)

Position Overview

The Improvement and Implementation Science Advisor for Mental Health will be responsible for providing senior-level expertise in quality improvement and implementation science for global mental health programs across Partners In Health (PIH). The Advisor will work with PIH cross-site teams and site-based clinical mental health teams to develop the systems, tools and human capacity to evaluate and enhance quality in mental health care delivery, as well as documentation of impact. The ideal Improvement and Implementation Science Advisor for Mental Health will be experienced in both the delivery of mental health care and clinical interventions in global settings and the development and evaluation of strategies to improve care quality, including analytics.

The Improvement and Implementation Science Advisor for Mental Health will report to PIHโ€™s Mental Health Co-Director. They will also have opportunities to work closely with PIHโ€™s Director of Strategic Information Systems, U.S. Coordination Site teams, and collaborators at academic and clinical institutions. The Improvement and Implementation Science Advisor will travel regularly to PIH Care Delivery Sites for in-person collaboration with our Care Delivery Site clinical and operational teams.
