CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL
Ce poste est basรฉ ร plusieurs lieux d'affectation et relรจve du Chargรฉ national des Ressources Humaines.
LE POSTEEffectuer diverses tรขches de gestion des ressources humaines afin de faciliter la mise en ลuvre rigoureuse des politiques et des procรฉdures du PAM et de contribuer ร l'efficacitรฉ de services de ressources humaines axรฉs sur les besoins des bรฉnรฉficiaires de ces services et adaptรฉs ร la stratรฉgie dรฉfinie.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITรS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
1. Aider ร rรฉpondre ร des questions d'ordre gรฉnรฉral relatives aux ressources humaines et effectuer le suivi des mesures qui ont รฉtรฉ prises, afin de s'assurer que les services de ressources humaines fournis sont cohรฉrents et efficaces.
2. Donner des orientations et dispenser des formations en cours d'emploi ร d'autres membres du personnel, afin de les aider ร se perfectionner et ร รฉtoffer leur connaissance des systรจmes et procรฉdures liรฉs aux ressources humaines dont ils ont besoin pour s'acquitter de leurs fonctions.
3. Assurer la liaison avec d'autres unitรฉs ou bureaux internes concernant les questions relatives aux ressources humaines, comme la paie et les contrats, et communiquer les informations permettant de fournir des services de ressources humaines en temps voulu.
4. Rรฉcupรฉrer et regrouper des donnรฉes sur le recrutement et la sรฉlection des membres du personnel, les conditions contractuelles, les droits ร prestation et les obligations de rรฉsultat et de formation pour faciliter les analyses et rรฉpondre aux besoins d'information.
5. Assurer un appui administratif dans le cadre de diverses activitรฉs de gestion des ressources humaines menรฉes dans les domaines de travail attribuรฉs par l'administrateur compรฉtent, notamment s'agissant de l'intรฉgration de nouveaux membres du personnel, en respectant les processus et les procรฉdures applicables.
6. Gรฉrer les dossiers confidentiels du personnel ainsi que les bases de donnรฉes et les archives relatives aux ressources humaines pour s'assurer que les donnรฉes et les fichiers sont stockรฉs et actualisรฉs correctement dans le respect des normes รฉtablies.
7. Rรฉdiger divers documents relatifs aux ressources humaines, qui sont indispensables au domaine d'activitรฉ considรฉrรฉ (contrats d'emploi, lettres de mutation, documents concernant les formations, etc.), en veillant ร leur exactitude et au respect des dรฉlais impartis.
8. Utiliser les systรจmes de gestion des ressources humaines pour saisir et actualiser diverses donnรฉes, notamment pour aider ร effectuer le suivi de diffรฉrentes รฉchรฉances (expiration des contrats, dates d'รฉvaluation et de notation du personnel, etc.), en veillant au respect des dรฉlais impartis et ร l'exactitude des informations.
9. Aider au dรฉploiement du personnel et ร l'application de mesures administratives connexes, comme l'รฉtablissement de rapports simples, afin de contribuer ร l'efficience des services de gestion des ressources humaines et de permettre ainsi au PAM d'intervenir rapidement en cas de crise.
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPรRIENCE:
Formation: Achรจvement des รฉtudes secondaires. Un certificat dโรฉtudes post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considรฉrรฉ est souhaitable.Expรฉrience:
. A au moins 5 annรฉes d'expรฉrience professionnelle
โข A gรฉrรฉ et appliquรฉ des politiques et des procรฉdures de gestion des ressources humaines conformรฉment aux normes de fonctionnement du PAM.
โข A menรฉ des activitรฉs spรฉcifiques de gestion des ressources humaines, comme la gestion de la paie, certains aspects du recrutement et la gestion des entretiens.
โข A communiquรฉ des consignes adaptรฉes aux circonstances ร des membres du personnel moins expรฉrimentรฉs.
โข A informรฉ des nouvelles recrues dans le cadre de leur intรฉgration.
โข A une expรฉrience du travail menรฉ dans diffรฉrents contextes d'intervention du PAM en respectant diverses prioritรฉs stratรฉgiques.
Connaissances linguistiques: Maitrise du Franรงais (niveau C) et la connaissance intermรฉdiaire (niveau B) de l'Anglais.
