- Roles and responsibilities
The following is a brief description of the role. The purpose of the HR/ Admin Technical Assistant position is to provide general administration and HR support to ensure the smooth functioning of the NRC Libya office, and HR team in accordance with NRC’s HR, Admin, Financeand Logistics policiesand procedures and relevant donor guidelines. The HR/Admin Technical Assistant is the first person whom NRC employees will approach to get their administration and HR issues resolved. She will liaise closely with logistics, Finance and all departments.

- Adhere to NRC policies, tools,handbooks, and guidelines.
- Assist with the implementation of the support functionportfolio according to plan of action.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the supportfunction.
- Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles withinNRC and amongstbeneficiaries served by NRC.
Specificresponsibilities
- General officeadministration management and implementing officepolicies SOP.
- Maintaining the office equipment and stationery, scheduling repairs through logistics department whenever necessary.
- Support line managerwith recruitment and contracting.
- General follow up of the NRC officeand houses/apartments and ensure that utility billsare paid.
- Arrange internalmeetings and events,including the venue.
- Assist in the completion and filing (physical and electronic) of accurate and up-to-date HR and Admin files
- Any other generaladministrative as directed by line management.
- Assist in the trackingand filing of staff trainings, performance management.
- Carry out all HR functions such filing of personnel files,assists in preparation of staff payroll,timely review of attendance sheets and time sheets, keeps leave records updated and communicates to main office on request.
- Attending all meetingsassigned by line manager and prepare reports.
