  1. Roles and responsibilities

    The following is a brief description of the role. The purpose of the HR/ Admin Technical Assistant position is to provide general administration and HR support to ensure the smooth functioning of the NRC Libya office, and HR team in accordance with NRC’s HR, Admin, Financeand Logistics policiesand procedures and relevant donor guidelines. The HR/Admin Technical Assistant is the first person whom NRC employees will approach to get their administration and HR issues resolved. She will liaise closely with logistics, Finance and all departments.

    Generic responsibilities (max 10)

    These responsibilities shall be thesame for all positionswith the same title. The responsibilities shall be short andessential. Details belongin the Work- and Professional Development Plan.

    1. Adhere to NRC policies, tools,handbooks, and guidelines.
    2. Assist with the implementation of the support functionportfolio according to plan of action.
    3. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
    4. Ensure proper filing of documents.
    5. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the supportfunction.
    6. Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles withinNRC and amongstbeneficiaries served by NRC.

      Specificresponsibilities

    7. Good level of English, both written and verbal.
