2. Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action.

Specific Responsibilities;

โ€ข General office administration management and implementing office policies SOP.
โ€ข Maintaining the office equipment and stationery, scheduling repairs through logistics departmentย 
whenever necessary.
โ€ข Support line manager with recruitment and contracting.
โ€ข General follow up of the NRC office and houses/apartments and ensure that utility bills are paid.
โ€ข Arrange internal meetings and events, including the venue.
โ€ข Assist in the completion and filing (physical and electronic) of accurate and up-to-date HR andย 
Admin files
โ€ข Any other general administrative as directed by linemanagement.
โ€ข Assist in the tracking and filing ofstaff trainings, performancemanagement.
โ€ข Carry out all HR functions such filing of personnel files, assists in preparation of staff payroll, timelyย 
review of attendance sheets and time sheets, keeps leave records updated and communicates toย 
main office on request.
โ€ข Attending all meetings assigned by line manager and prepare reports.

โ€ข 1 year of HR Experience working in a humanitarian/recovery context or equivalent.
โ€ข Previous experience of working in complex and volatile contexts.
โ€ข Documented results related to the positionโ€™sresponsibilities.
โ€ข Knowledge about own leadership skills/ profile.
โ€ข Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Good level of English, both written and verbal.
