Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, ensuring the best value for money and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Contribute to emergency response efforts in exceptional circumstances.
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant degree/diploma in logistics, procurement, or related field with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination).
- Experience in office management, procurement, and logistics.
- Familiarity with SAP processes a plus.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Philippines.
- Filipino nationality and residency are a must.
