The national Finance Coordinator is be main financial focal point for the grant and Responsible for overseeing budgeting, BvA, reporting and financial communication with international, national and local partners and any other delegated from Managerย

What you will do ย
- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports and analysis as required.
- Support line managers in procedures.
- Conduct quality control and provide technical support to implementing partners.
- Ensure systematic training and build capacity of partner and staff.ย
- Coordination on financial matters between all parties as well as with external stakeholders.
- Support all partners and staff in financial matters.
- Ensure proper filing of all support documents.
What you will bring ย ย
- Minimum 4 years of relevant, advanced finance experience, and higher financial education.
- Experience in using ERP-systems and very good knowledge of Excel.
- Working experience in INGOs or donors, focused on humanitarian activities.
- Very good command of oral and written English.
- Experience working in complex and volatile contexts.ย
- Willingness to travel frequently within Myanmar.ย
- Experience in capacity building.
- Experience in conducting partner spot-checks.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of donor guideline, rules, policies, and financial regulations.
