Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) enables the WBG to achieve its mission of ending extreme poverty and promote shared prosperity in a sustainable way by delivering transformative information and technologies to its staff working in over 150 locations.
Our vision is to transform how the Bank Group accomplishes its mission through information and technology. In this fast-paced, ever-changing world, the formulation and implementation of the ITS strategy is an ongoing, iterative process of learning and adaptation developed through extensive consultations with business partners throughout the World Bank Group.
ITS shapes its strategy in response to changing business priorities and leverages new technologies to achieve three high-level business outcomes: business enablement, by providing Bank Group units with innovative digital tools and technologies to transform how they deliver value for their clients; empowerment & effectiveness, by ensuring that all Bank Group staff are connected, able to find information, and productive to accelerate the delivery of development solutions globally; and resilience, by equipping the Bank Group to provide risk-based cybersecurity and robust data protection for a global network and a growing cloud platform.

The Enterprise Authentication Services Team is anchored in the Enterprise Services (ITSEN) division in ITS. The primary programs that the ITSEN unit is responsible for is providing a wide range of technical infrastructure services to meet the institution's computing needs, from mid-range servers, large scale servers, and the respective system, network, and supporting software on those platforms. It provides engineering, integration, and system administration services for Server Administration, Server Security, Backup/Restore, Storage, Virtual infrastructure (on premise and in cloud) and Data Center Management.
The Identity Access Management Analyst reviews, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Must be great at verbal and written communications, problem solving and creative thinking.
The candidate should have the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Lead the QA environment and addresses any issues that may affect the schedule or quality of the product or the testing process.
•Work with the application development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
•Develop and help the team to document test plans and create/update test cases based on functional/technical specifications.
•Perform functional and regression testing in an SDLC environment.
•Identify and track bugs using bug tracking and management tools such as AzureDev Ops.
•Participate in Scrum Meeting- Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospective and Daily StandUp, act as a liaison between the development and QA team.
•Work on test automation and continuous improvement.
•Build partnerships to effectively deliver on projects in a cross-functional environment.
•Experiments with new approaches or emerging technological solutions to meet business needs.
•Create project plans and documents, including setting priorities, and identifying potential risks, while adhering to deadlines.
•Collaborate with developers during solution design and implementation.
•Monitor project progress by tracking activities.
•Provide project related metrics and reports.
•Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Computer Engineering or relevant area or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
•3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
•Knowledge of Web applications and Web services.
•Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Azure Devops.
•Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
•Experience in project management.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective organizational and presentation skills.
