CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL:
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos de las Naciones Unidas – WFP (por sus siglas en ingles), es el mayor organismo humanitario de lucha contra el hambre del mundo. En Colombia, el apoyo que PMA brinda al gobierno nacional responden a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles (ODS) 2 y 17 haciendo uso de herramientas innovadoras tales como transferencias en dinero y compra local de alimentos a través de asociaciones de agricultores. Las actividades del PMA en Colombia se concentran en las poblaciones más vulnerables, que incluye víctimas de la violencia, comunidades marginadas y grupos étnicos. El objetivo es reconstruir y fortalecer sus fuentes de subsistencia, asegurando que tengan adecuado acceso en todo momento a dietas nutritivas y diversas e incrementando su capacidad para recuperarse y adaptarse a los cambios climáticos. Esto se hace de manera progresiva a través del desarrollo de las capacidades de autoridades locales para implementar programas responsables que contribuyan a reducir la inseguridad alimentaria y la malnutrición.
El/la profesional ideal para este cargo debe combinar experticia financiera con habilidades tecnológicas avanzadas, orientadas a la automatización y análisis de datos. Se espera que sea una persona proactiva, con pensamiento crítico y capacidad para transformar procesos manuales en soluciones digitales eficientes.OBJETIVO:
Optimizar procesos financieros y de auditoría mediante la automatización, inteligencia artificial y herramientas de análisis de datos, garantizando eficiencia, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
SUPERVISOR:
Bajo la supervisión directa del Asociado Senior de Finanzas.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
1. Diseñar flujos automatizados en Power Automate y SharePoint para auditorias financieras con grandes volúmenes de documentos, conciliaciones y control presupuestal.
2. Desarrollar aplicaciones en Power Apps para la gestión de procesos internos.3. Crear dashboards interactivos en Power BI y Tableau para monitoreo financiero y auditorías en tiempo real.
4. Implementar modelos predictivos y análisis masivo de datos mediante Python y SQL.
5. Aplicar técnicas de IA y machine learning para detección de anomalías y riesgos en transacciones.
6. Diseñar metodologías innovadoras de auditoría digital que permitan gestionar grandes volúmenes de información y dejar rastro de auditorías.
7. Diseñar herramientas que permitan medir la productividad y eficiencia en los procesos aplicados.
8. Integrar soluciones tecnológicas con Microsoft Teams para trabajo colaborativo.
9. Participar en comités técnicos y coordinar con otras áreas para resolver problemas complejos.
10. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las demás áreas de la organización en la oficina de país y unidades de la Sede cuando sea necesario para resolver cuestiones complejas e intercambio de información.
11. Responder por la promoción los derechos humanos y el enfoque de género en su área de influencia.
12. Efectuar otras actividades requeridas inherentes a su posición.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS REQUERIDOS:
Educación:Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. Deseable, título profesional en contaduría, ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas ingeniería de sistemas/Informática/financiera/industrial, con especialización o maestría en áreas afines a inteligencia de negocios (BI) o análisis de datos.
Experiencia y Conocimientos:Mínimo siete (7) años de experiencia progresiva en áreas financieras. Por lo menos tres (3) años en los campos de auditoría, procesos u otras áreas afines.
Experiencia demostrada en automatización de procesos financieros, dominio de herramientas: Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, conocimientos sólidos en SQL y Python.
Familiaridad con modelos de IA y machine learning aplicados a auditoría y otros paquetes de software estándar de PMA.
Deseable experiencia de trabajo con agencias del Sistema de Naciones Unidas.Idiomas:
Fluidez en español oral y escrito y deseable nivel intermedio de ingles
