Family Health International (FHI 360) Sรฉnรฉgal recherche un candidat qualifiรฉ au poste de chauffeur dans le cadre du projet Act to End NTDs | West, qui est mis en ล“uvre dans diffรฉrentes rรฉgions du Sรฉnรฉgal sur financement de l'USAID.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Sous la Supervision de lโ€™Assistant Administratif de FHI 360 , le chauffeur aura pour mission d'assurer la conduite des passagers en toute sรฉcuritรฉ, dans le respect du code de la route et des procรฉdures de FHI 360.

TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES

  • Conduire les passagers aux diffรฉrentes destinations prรฉvues ;
  • Respecter les procรฉdures et instructions de FHI 360;
  • Respecter le code de la route du Sรฉnรฉgal;
  • Veiller ร  lโ€™รฉtablissement des ordres de mission pour les voyages;
  • Assurer la sรฉcuritรฉ des passagers et de leurs biens ;
  • Assurer le respect du calendrier dโ€™entretien du vรฉhicule;
  • Veiller ร  ร  la propretรฉ du vรฉhicule ;
  • Contrรดler la qualitรฉ des services fournis par les garagistes ou les services competents ;
  • Tenir ร  jour le carnet de bord du vรฉhicule ;
  • Assurer le renouvellement de l'assurance, de la visite technique et de tout autre document administratif necessaire au vรฉhicule ;
  • Assurer le depot et la rรฉcupรฉration du courrier;
  • Exรฉcuter les tรขches qui seront demandรฉs par sa hierarchie ; afin d'appuyer la gestion, la supervision, de la mise en ล“uvre du projet.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • Au minimum un diplรดme de lโ€™enseignement secondaire
    • Justifier dโ€™une expรฉrience de 1 a 3 ans d dans un poste similaire ;
    • รŠtre capable de travailler en รฉquipe
    • Avoir une bonne connaissance du pays ;
    • Avoir une bonne expรฉrience de mission ร  travers les districts sanitaires du pays
    • รŠtre dynamique, respectueux et courtoie
    • Avoir un permis de conduire en cours de validitรฉ ;
      • Bonne maรฎtrise de lโ€™outil informatique (Word, Excel)
      • Bonne maรฎtrise de la logistique ;
      • Avoir une bonne connaissance de la mรฉcanique automobile;
      • Avoir une expรฉrience dans les ONGs surtout projet financรฉ par USAID serait un plus
      • Avoir de bonnes capacitรฉs de communication et une bonne maรฎtrise du franรงais oral et รฉcrit;
