FHI 360 is currently recruiting for the position of Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) based in Lima, Peru to support an anticipated USAID-funded project aimed at strengthening the organizational capacities of current and future local implementing partners in Peru. The project will assess organizational capacities in close collaboration with local partners, co-create institutional strengthening plans, and provide technical assistance to improve priority areas for improvement. This project is anticipated to last five years, between 2025-2029.

Employment is contingent upon successful award of the project to FHI 360, as well as USAID approval of the finalist.

Job Summary:

The DFA will be responsible for administrative and financial leadership of the program to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of project set-up, daily operations, and close-out. S/he will provide management direction to ensure effective operations, seeking compliance with government regulations, satisfaction among internal clients, and constant improvement of operations. The DFA will participate in long-term organizational planning โ€“ particularly supporting efforts to minimize fixed costs. S/he will be involved in many aspects of the organizationโ€™s initiatives to make informed decisions and adjust priorities as needed. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures, prime and subaward monitoring, and ensuring that the projectโ€™s financial and strategic goals are attained. The position will report to the project Chief of Party.
