This position will sit under Digital Inclusion Team within the I2 Department and will work closely with the team to drive CARE's vision and strategy on the application of data and digital technology for scaling CARE's impact and reach. The person in this role will be the primary technical lead of CARE's work on leveraging technology and platforms to achieve sustainable scale.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related subject with at least five (5) years of international digital development experience in the international development/ humanitarian sector Strong technical knowledge of project, program and portfolio management techniques and methodologies (e.g. PMI, PMD-Pro, Agile), preferably evidenced by a certification in good standing, and of applying them for delivering successful organizational change Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc.
