Job Overview:
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) helps people affected by humanitarian crises โ including the climate crisis โ to survive, recover, and rebuild their lives. Founded at the call of Albert Einstein in 1933, the IRC is now at work in over 50 crisis-affected countries as well as communities throughout Europe and the Americas. This fully remote position will support Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration (RAI) in the United States comprised of 29 dynamic offices. RAI-US delivers lasting impact in refugee and immigrant communities by providing initial resettlement, mental health, employment, workforce development, English as a second language, and immigration services in addition to services for foreign-born survivors of crime and human-trafficking.
The Resource, Acquisition, and Management (RAM) team is based in RAI-HQ with the mandate to support RAI-US grants, development, and volunteer management staff. The Development Operations Manager will work to enhance the quality and compliance of business development and fundraising initiatives. The Development Operations Manager will be a trusted resource for development staff across the country, providing technical support on fundraising systems, especially the use of Salesforce, support offices with executing timely donor stewardship, and report to and support the Development Operations Officer with network-wide strategic development initiatives.

RAI Field Office Development Support
Network-wide Systems Support
Compile updates and prepare weekly announcements on Resource Acquisition and Management team updates to RAI Development staff, including the weekly acknowledgment report. Conduct weekly audits of data integrity and management on Salesforce โ and conduct necessary clean-ups. Develop and maintain RAM team RescueNet intranet page collating resources across the RAM team, including updating Development video and reference resources. Maintain accounts for and support the optimization of paid fundraising tools such as Foundation Directory Online. Escalate training needs and system issues to Development Operations Officer as needed. Support in select national fundraising initiatives. Log support cases and liaise with the relevant technical teams as needed.Job Requirements:

Working Environment:
