The HR Technology and Analytics Branch - HRMOI is responsible for on-going support to critical HR operational processes through the appropriate provision and application of information, processes and enabling technologies. It is also responsible for the developing of the HR Division Technology strategy and roadmap that will support integrated talent management processes, enable full visibility into our global workforce by deploying a technology solution that integrates people processes, data and intelligence from corporate and satellite systems and databases, and will provide workforce analytics and tools to support evidence-based decision making across people-related processes (in particular workforce planning, recruitment, reassignment and deployment to emergencies).
WFP is hiring an experienced Business Analyst Consultant to work on the implementation of a global HCM platform in the Change Management team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The consultant will work under the supervision of the Project Director and the Change Manager in close relationship with the various stream leads.
The Consultant will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Support the Change Management stream in the implementation of change management and communication strategies, the maintenance of the workstream task planner, and in reporting to Project Management.
- Plan and schedule workstream activities, including meetings, workshops and candidate interviews.
- Prepare communication, training and support deliverables (articles for publication, videos, web pages etc.) for the HCM project.
- Prepare analytical data (surveys, web site usage etc.) to monitor the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Coordinate the implementation and the support of AppLearn Adopt in relationship with the training team and the functional streams.
- Take part in outreach and training activities in WFP regional and field offices.
- Provide guidance to Workday Change agents worldwide.
- Monitor/Follow up incoming queries/issues. Respond to queries/issues received, ensuring correct understanding and resolution in compliance with relevant processes and procedures.
- Analyze system errors and liaise with IT/vendor counterpart to seek solutions or identify workaround solutions if required.
- Perform any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
Minimum university degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant field.
Experience:
- Five or more years of postgraduate relevant professional experience in Human Resources field, preferably with a global organization.
