Introduction

These terms of reference have been prepared to outline the objectives and requirements for procuring the consulting services of a consultant to produce a training manual for training of human rights monitors/defenders and community-based paralegals.

Assignment Duration: Twelve (12) weeks upon signing of contract

Supervisor: Rule of Law and Human Rights Specialist

Duty Station: Hybrid (Home based with 2 visits)

Administrative Arrangement: Consultant is responsible for all administrative arrangements.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the deadline stated on QUANTUM.
