OBJECTIF DU ROLE
ร travers une fรฉdรฉration 72 pays en Afrique, Asie, Europe et les Amรฉriques, Plan International aspire ร un monde juste qui fait progresser le droit des enfants et lโรฉgalitรฉ pour les filles. Ensemble, nous agissons pour que 100 millions de filles puissent apprendre, diriger, dรฉcider et sโรฉpanouir.
Plan International a mis en ลuvre des subventions du Fonds mondial de lutte contre le sida, la tuberculose et le paludisme, depuis la sรฉrie 4. Dans cette dynamique Plan a travaillรฉ sur le FM au Bรฉnin, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Cameroun, Guinรฉe, Mali, Niger, Sรฉnรฉgal, El Salvador, la Thaรฏlande, le Togo et le Zimbabwe.
Le Fonds mondial de lutte contre le sida, la tuberculose et le paludisme sur proposition de lโInstance de coordination nationale a dรฉsignรฉ Plan International Guinรฉe comme Principal Rรฉcipiendaire pour mettre en ลuvre la subvention combinรฉe tuberculose-VIH prรฉvention 2024-2026.
Le comptable de projet est responsable de la fonction de soutien financier de la subvention dans les domaines de la planification organisationnelle, la comptabilitรฉ et trรฉsorerie, l'information financiรจre et les systรจmes d'information d'analyse et de subventions. Il / elle assure la conformitรฉ avec les exigences des rapports et la conformitรฉ aux normes strictes รฉtablies par le FM en accord avec Plan international pour la mise en ลuvre du projet.
DIMENSIONS DU POSTE
Le comptable travaille sous la supervision directe du chef comptable du projet. En concertation avec son superviseur, il/elle est libre de prendre des dรฉcisions allant dans le sens de lโamรฉlioration de la qualitรฉ des prestations en matiรจre de finance au niveau de lโUnitรฉ de coordination du projet. Toute affaire qui le dรฉpasse est directement rรฉfรฉrรฉe au Chef comptable/Fonds mondial. Il/elle a la responsabilitรฉ de :
- Processus de planification organisationnelle ;
- Comptabilitรฉ et trรฉsorerie ;
- Information financiรจre et analyse ;
- Systรจmes d'information de subvention ;
- Ce poste n'a aucun niveau d'approbation ;
- Ce poste nโa pas de dรฉlรฉgation de pouvoir en matiรจre de dรฉpense
