Work LocationAddis Ababa Expected duration30 September 2025 Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities will vary and depend on the individual's background, including but not limited to: • Assist in the design and dissemination of internal communications materials such as announcements, digital flyers, and intranet updates • Support the promotion of events, trainings, and HR campaigns organized by HRMS • Contribute to introducing new staff members through internal communication channels • Help adapt and disseminate global HR messages for ECA staff • Ensure alignment of communication materials with ECA HRMS branding guidelines • Monitor staff engagement with communications and propose improvements • Research and suggest creative approaches to improve internal communications • Assist with content formatting, simple visual design, or media creation using available tools Qualifications/special skills(a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent).
