ROLE PURPOSE
The Child Protection (CP) specialist will be responsible to lead on developing programme approaches, strategies, and technical materials; building capacity of team-members and partners in key technical areas.
DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
Under the direct supervision of the Programme Development & Quality Manager, the CP Specialist will be ensuring the quality of CP programs implemented by Plan and its partners, and promoting linkages with other sector interventions including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Education, Livelihoods and Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE). The CP Specialist will work closely with the programme team, relevant Regional and Global Technical Specialists.
