2. Conduct research, suggest ideas, and provide coordination support to ensure the timely and effective delivery of video/film, photographic and radio projects.
3. Manage the storage and distribution of audio/visual materials in accordance with relevant policies.
4. Use data to present managers with well-researched ideas to expand support from existing partners and to scope new partners, guided by programmatic assessment and context specific analysis with the aim to enhance the impact of WFPโs work and diversify the resource base
5. Proactively contribute to a partnerships portfolio, including partner profiling and outreach activities, with the aim to maximize resources and leverage policy and technical support for WFPโs work;
6. Support partner visibility and ensure partner conditions are met.
7. Serve as an information focal point, support and/or coordinate media coverage of events to optimize publicity of WFPโs activities.
8. Organize and execute special events, working closely with colleagues, external partners and media, to ensure events are effectively scheduled, publicised and attended.
9. Monitor traditional and social media, and report relevant information to senior staff to inform the development and/or evaluation of communications activities and strategies.
10. Under guidance, prepare content for use on traditional and social media platforms and networks, and printed materials, to enhance coverage and support of WFPโs activities, ensuring consistency with corporate messages.
11.Contribute to partnerships strategies, including the development of Partnership Action Plans; Draw up quality partner proposals and reports by engaging with other WFP entities and external stakeholders.
12. Distribute and promote communications guidelines for WFP staff to refer to when creating content.
