Effectuer des tรขches courantes d'aide ร la gestion dans un domaine d'activitรฉ spรฉcialisรฉ pour contribuer ร une fourniture efficace des services.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITรS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):1. Rรฉunir des informations en suivant des orientations claires pour aider d'autres membres du personnel ร rรฉdiger des documents et ร รฉtablir des rapports.
2. Rรฉpondre ร des questions et faire remonter certains points au niveau supรฉrieur le cas รฉchรฉant, afin de fournir un service fiable en temps voulu.
3. Aider ร traiter et ร gรฉrer les tรขches administratives et financiรจres courantes dans divers domaines fonctionnels pour contribuer ร une gestion efficace et en temps voulu des ressources.
4. Assurer des prestations de rรฉvision et de relecture de documents standard pour contribuer ร l'รฉlaboration de documents prรฉcis.
5. Se charger de la gestion de certains systรจmes et fichiers standard pour s'assurer que les informations sont fiables et que le service concernรฉ y a accรจs facilement.
6. Repรฉrer des anomalies simples dans les statistiques et les donnรฉes, comme des informations manquantes, et les faire remonter au niveau supรฉrieur pour aider les bรฉnรฉficiaires des services dans leur travail.
7. Prendre la responsabilitรฉ de l'intรฉgritรฉ des donnรฉes pour faire en sorte que les informations figurant dans les systรจmes internes soient fiables.
8. Donner des orientations sur les mรฉthodes et les pratiques courantes d'aide ร la gestion aux collรจgues moins expรฉrimentรฉs pour s'assurer que les services sont fournis de maniรจre cohรฉrente et conformรฉment aux normes requises.
9. Travailler avec des personnes d'horizons divers, en recueillant des informations en retour le cas รฉchรฉant pour fournir une aide ร la gestion au personnel.
NIVEAU DE QUALIFICATION ET DโEXPรRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE MINIMAL REQUIS:
Formation: Achรจvement des รฉtudes secondaires.
Expรฉrience professionnelle: Au moins quatre ans dโexpรฉrience professionnelle, ร des niveaux de responsabilitรฉ de plus en plus รฉlevรฉs, dans le domaine considรฉrรฉ, assortis dโune expรฉrience du travail administratif.
Connaissances et compรฉtences:
โข Rompu(e) ร l'utilisation du matรฉriel de bureau et de progiciels tels que Microsoft Word.
โข Connaissance des procรฉdures et des mรฉthodes courantes ร appliquer pour mener ร bien le travail demandรฉ sous une supervision minimale.
โข Aptitude ร faire preuve de tact et de courtoisie lors des รฉchanges d'informations avec des personnes d'horizons divers.
โข Aptitude ร repรฉrer des anomalies dans les donnรฉes et ร corriger les problรจmes appelant une attention particuliรจre.
โข Aptitude ร donner des orientations ou ร assurer une formation รฉlรฉmentaire en cours d'emploi ร des membres du personnel moins expรฉrimentรฉs.
Connaissances linguistiques: Maรฎtrise de la langue franรงaise (parlรฉe et รฉcrite) et bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.
