Assurer diverses activitรฉs de coordination et tรขches administratives qui contribuent ร la fourniture de services aรฉriens sรปrs et efficaces ร la communautรฉ d'aide humanitaire.Description Gรฉnรฉrale:
Sous la supervision gรฉnรฉrale du Chef dโAviation et supervision directe de l'Aviation Officer (Ops), lโAssistant Aviation, en charge de la Sรฉcuritรฉ des vols et opรฉrations, doit assurer une bonne coordination avec le service de rรฉservation et opรฉration afin de mieux organiser les vols UNHAS pour rรฉpondre au mieux a la demande de la communautรฉ humanitaire.
Tรขches clรฉs et Responsabilitรฉs:
- Panifier des vols selon le programme des vols hebdomadaires, la disponibilitรฉ des avions et rรฉservation dโune maniรจre efficace et rentable en respectant les rรจgles de sรฉcuritรฉ aรฉrienne.
- Communiquer avec les opรฉrateurs et services de manutention en termes des opรฉrations.
- Coordonner avec lโรฉquipe de rรฉservation pour assurer que les rรฉservations prรฉsentes dans le systรจme sont prises en compte dans la planification.
- Conserver et tenir ร jour les tableaux de temps et de matrix payload de chaque avion.
- Conserver et tenir ร jour les diffรฉrents rapport sur la consommation de carburant et prรฉparer le rapport dโutilisation des avions et estimer la charge utiles pour chaque avion.
- Rendre compte au CATO sโil nโy a pas assez de passagers sur certaines routes. Sur la dรฉcision de CATO, vรฉrifier quโaucun passager nโa dโimpรฉratif et annuler le vol.
- Prรฉvenir les passagers dont la rรฉservation nโa pu รชtre honorรฉe pour cause de non-respect du programme de vol ou par manque de passagers et leur proposer une alternative.
- Diffuser un message indiquant les horaires dโenregistrement et les vols, la veille des vols.
- Coordonner la rรฉservation de chambre pour l'รฉquipage en cas de besoin avec lโadministration (finance).
- Enregistrer et classer les documents diffuses le jour sur le share drive.
- Fournir toutes information pertinentes aux superviseurs et collรจgues par tรฉlรฉphone, e-mail, ...
- Classement des manifestes finalisรฉs et des documents de vol.
- Assumer toutes autres tรขches sur demande du superviseur.
EXPรRIENCE SOUHAITรE :
โข Au moins 5 ans ou plus d'expรฉrience pertinente dans le domaine.
โข Expรฉrience dans la sรฉcuritรฉ des vols et dans l'aide ร la planification des vols.
โข Avoir une bonne connaissance de Takefilte ou outils des gestions des vols, informatique et en particulier les applications Microsoft Office.
โข Expรฉrience de la gestion des manifestes passagers et du chargement des aรฉronefs.
โข Expรฉrience de l'interprรฉtation des bulletins mรฉtรฉorologiques courants.
NIVEAU DโรTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS :
Diplรดme d'รฉtudes secondaires ou baccalaurรฉat.
FORMATION :
โข Formation en Aviation ou dans un domaine connexe ou รฉquivalent constitue un avantage pour les fonctions de mouvements aรฉriens.
โข Connaissances Linguistiques : Maรฎtrise de la communication orale et รฉcrite en franรงais.
