CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL:
Activo en Colombia desde 1969, el WFP estรก centrando su trabajo en la asistencia humanitaria, el desarrollo y la consolidaciรณn de la paz. Siguiendo este modelo, el WFP estรก teniendo un impacto positivo, transformador y duradero en las vidas de cientos de miles de personas, ayudรกndoles a lograr la seguridad alimentaria de manera sostenible. Al trabajar junto con el gobierno, las ONG, los socios comunitarios y el sector privado, el WFP Colombia es reconocido por poder acceder a poblaciones rurales remotas y por apoyar los esfuerzos del paรญs para lograr el Hambre Cero y el Desarrollo Sostenible a travรฉs de Alianzas Globales (Objetivos 2 y 17 de los ODS- Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles).
En el pasado como hoy, el trabajo del WFP se ha concentrado en las zonas mรกs vulnerables, principalmente en รกreas rurales, municipios intermedios, pueblos y corregimientos de 12 departamentos (La Guajira, Cรณrdoba, Cesar, Norte de Santander, Arauca, Nariรฑo, Chocรณ, Valle del Cauca, Cauca, Antioquia, Caquetรก, Putumayo), para asistir a personas afectadas por la violencia (indรญgenas y afrocolombianos, mujeres cabeza de hogar, y/o con alto los niveles de dependencia).
El WFP, en apoyo al Gobierno de Colombia, estรก brindando asistencia a alrededor de 360,000 personas con diferentes tipos de programas, desde asistencia a travรฉs de โcomedoresโ, kits alimentarios y bonos para migrantes, como tambiรฉn soporte a pequeรฑos emprendedores, agricultores y comunidades colombianas vulnerables y vรญctimas de violencia y, niรฑos y niรฑas en los colegios a travรฉs del programa de alimentaciรณn escolar.
Bajo la supervisiรณn de la Asistente Senior de Administraciรณn, el Auxiliar de apoyo operativo, brindarรก operativo a las actividades desarrolladas por el รกrea administrativa.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Apoyo operativo a las actividades desarrolladas por el รกrea administrativa:
Recepciรณn de documentos, correspondencia interna y externa de la organizaciรณn.
Atenciรณn de llamadas.
Registro de facturas en sistema corporativo ITS y bitรกcoras para proceso de pago.
Revisiรณn y reporte de liquidaciรณn de facturas de comunicaciรณn y correspondencia.
Alimentaciรณn y seguimiento a la base de datos de facturas de viajes.
Ser enlace con el Mensajero para el suministro de los materiales para el funcionamiento de la oficina en cuanto a papelerรญa, aseo y cafeterรญa.
Acompaรฑamiento al personal que realice reparaciones, mantenimiento y proveedores externos de la organizaciรณn durante su estancia en la oficina.
Manejo de plataformas internas de la compaรฑรญa.
Apoyo en el Manejo adecuado de los aires acondicionados.
REQUISITOS MรNIMOS:
Formaciรณn y Experiencia Requeridas:
Finalizaciรณn del ciclo de educaciรณn secundaria. Se valorarรก positivamente que se encuentre cursando algรบn programa Profesional o Tecnolรณgico en รกreas Administrativas o a fines.
Un aรฑo como mรญnimo de experiencia en atenciรณn al cliente interno y externo. Asรญ como, experiencia comprobada en atenciรณn telefรณnica, envรญo y recepciรณn de paquetes, control de inventario de productos consumibles.
Otra Experiencia
Capacidad para utilizar equipo de oficina estรกndar, como fotocopiadoras y escรกneres.
Aptitud para seguir procesos y procedimientos de apoyo operativo estรกndar.
Conocimiento de los paquetes de programas informรกticos estรกndar para oficina, como Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
Idiomas
Se requiere fluidez en espaรฑol.
