FHI 360โ€™s Product Development and Introduction team leads development and testing of a portfolio of new contraceptive leads. The team consists of 30+ contraceptive development professionals with expertise in reproductive biology, gynecology, chemistry, epidemiology, social-behavioral science, and clinical trial and project management. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Associate Scientist to support our user preferences research portfolio. This position will be at 50% effort.

Job Summary:

Performs research and project development in collaboration with others focused on contraceptive use behavior and preferences. Helps maintain broad knowledge of state-of-the- art principles and theories in research studies. Exercises technical discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of research methodologies that contribute to project strategies.
Prepares technical reports, summaries, protocols, other essential study documents and quantitative analyses. Maintains familiarity with current scientific literature. Participates in scientific conferences and contributes to scientific journals. Provides support in corporate research and development of new research studies particularly in the area of contraceptive use.
