Terms of ReferenceThe Associate RSD officer will undertake:
• Capacity building of national staff on RSD/RST processing and protection identification (while giving considerations to claims related to sexual orientation or gender identity, sexual and gender based violence, child protection, mental health issues, detention cases, etc);
• Review of RSD assessments and strengthening of existing processing procedures;
• Undertake RST interviews, draft RRFs, update SOPs, and work on processing of complex cases.
• Focal person of complementary pathways, assist in shaping the CP programme, idenfying candidates, providing counseling, follow up their applications, and finalizing their departure formalities.
