    ANTECEDENTES Y PROP脫SITO DEL CARGO
    Bajo la supervisi贸n de la Oficial de Comunicaci贸n, esta persona tiene el rol de ejecutar procesos de car谩cter administrativo, alianzas nacionales/coordinaci贸n y de comunicaci贸n interna, que sustentan el trabajo de Comunicaci贸n de la Oficina de Pa铆s.

    RESPONSABILIDADES
    1. Ejecutar procesos administrativos en soporte al trabajo de Comunicaci贸n

    • Supervisar y coordinar la producci贸n de materiales, eventos y actividades de comunicaci贸n -tanto en Caracas como en terreno.
    • Liderar la relaci贸n con proveedores de servicios de producci贸n de materiales y eventos.
    • Mantener una actualizaci贸n de proveedores nacionales con capacidad, responsabilidad social e innovaci贸n en sus servicios, a disposici贸n del trabajo en Comunicaci贸n.
    • Gestionar y mantener registros y bases de datos, como listas de contactos de agencias, productores/as, proveedores de servicios varios, para garantizar que la informaci贸n sea precisa, est茅 organizada y sea de f谩cil acceso.
    • Preparar y organizar la documentaci贸n y gestionar servicios a nivel interno y externo, como autorizaciones, agendas y espacios de reuniones, en apoyo a la unidad para eventos especiales o misiones al terreno.

      2. Supervisar procesos de trabajo en coordinaci贸n con aliados/socios nacionales en materia de Comunicaci贸n
