Bajo la supervisiรณn de la jefa de la Unidad, el(la) Asistente Administrativo(a) de Cadena de Suministros realizarรก las siguientes tareas:
- Conducir los procesos de adquisiciones de bienes y servicios que le sean encomendados, siguiendo las normas y regulaciones del PMA;
- Realizar el proceso de revisiรณn y actualizaciรณn anual del Short List de proveedores de la Unidad de Cadena de Suministros, dando seguimiento a proveedores para actualizaciรณn de documentos, actualizaciรณn de datos entre otras actividades relacionadas;
- Crear las รณrdenes de compra y/o contratos de acuerdo con las normas y regulaciones del PMA;
- Mantener los expedientes de compra a su cargo y los archivos del รกrea que correspondan, de acuerdo con los estรกndares establecidos por el sistema de WFP, para asรญ garantizar que se encuentren en fecha y disponibles para revisiรณn;
- Realizar, de ser necesario, visitas en campo para la evaluaciรณn de proveedores y/o verificar el correcto cumplimiento del proceso logรญstico de acuerdo con las normas y estรกndares de WFP;
- Coordinar con los proveedores y socios humanitarios de WFP la revisiรณn y aceptaciรณn de las solicitudes de servicios logรญsticos;
- Registro, seguimiento y control de los servicios logรญsticos aceptados y los documentos de sustento correspondientes;
- Procesamiento de servicios logรญsticos en las plataformas corporativas de WFP;
- Llevar un adecuado registro, control y archivo de los procesos de adquisiciones y de logรญstica;
- Emitir reportes mensuales con los principales indicadores del รกrea (compras y logรญstica);
- Cualquier otro tema requerido por la Representante;
COMPETENCIAS
- Poseer habilidades de comunicaciรณn que le permitan interactuar de manera asertiva y cooperativa con el personal de la oficina;
- Capacidad para solucionar problemas de manera rรกpida y efectiva dentro de los procedimientos de la organizaciรณn;
- Debe poseer habilidades de organizaciรณn, manejo eficiente de la informaciรณn y del tiempo;
- Manejo apropiado de la confidencialidad en los procesos realizados promoviendo los valores de la organizaciรณn en todo momento;
- Capacidad de anรกlisis, sรญntesis y adecuada comunicaciรณn escrita;
CALIFICACIONES
- Egresado(a) de las carreras de administraciรณn, contabilidad, ingenierรญa industrial, economรญa o รกreas afines;
- Realizar uso de Excel a nivel avanzado;
- Conocimiento de SAP a nivel intermedio (creaciรณn de รณrdenes de compra, recepciรณn de servicios, reportes);
- Deseable poseer conocimientos de Tableau y/o Power BI;
- Elaboraciรณn de diagramas de flujos en Bizagi o similar;
- Inglรฉs a nivel intermedio;
EXPERIENCIA
- Deberรก contar con al menos cuatro aรฑos de experiencia profesional como comprador y al menos cinco aรฑos de experiencia en el รกrea de cadena de suministros (incluye el tiempo de experiencia en compras);
- Se valorarรก la experiencia del candidato en procesos de compra de alimentos, almacรฉn, distribuciรณn y comercio exterior.
- Deseable poseer experiencia de trabajo en organismos de Naciones Unidas;
TรRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
Contrato de Servicios (SC) del Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP) por 6 meses, con posibilidad de renovaciรณn. El nivel salarial en la Escala Nacional de Naciones Unidas para un Contrato de Servicios serรก SC4.
Las personas contratadas bajo SC son consideradas como contratistas independientes y deben prestar recibos por honorarios para el pago de sus servicios.
Los honorarios que perciben los titulares de estos contratos no estรกn exentos del impuesto sobre la renta personal y, por tanto, es responsabilidad del contratado liquidar ante las autoridades nacionales los impuestos que se graven a sus honorarios profesionales, asรญ como el correspondiente pago al fondo de pensiones de su elecciรณn. WFP es un organismo internacional, no actรบa como agente retenedor.
