Position: Ashoka Globalizer Data and Research intern position
Time: Preferably full-time commitment (flexible arrangements may be considered), immediate start. Initial contract for 6 months, with potential for extension to another 6 months.
Location: Potentially any Ashoka office, subject to local team confirmation.

About Ashoka Globalizer:
Globalizer is more than a program; it's a global movement. We're seeking a passionate, creative, and organized intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Ashoka Globalizer team with program data management, data analysis and research. The intern role is defined by supporting and working with different team leads depending on the specific tasks.
You will join a global, agile and very virtual Ashoka Globalizer team (Spain, Germany, USA, Malta, Turkey, India, Kenya, Russia and Greece).
What you will do:
The intern role is defined by supporting and working with different team members, who lead on different areas of work where data management, analysis and research tasks are performed.
Program data management: Support the data manager with launch of data collection processes for the running program(s) Cloud database management and update ongoing tasks Program data organization and preparation for impact analysis
Research on relevant topics including but not limited to: Tracking devices for digital knowledge content reach Market research for knowledge dissemination (channels, stakeholders, etc.) Data analysis
Basic website data management and analysis: Data tracking and analysis Light website content update
Required Skills:
Native or fluent English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven team player Excellent time management Highly organised and detail-oriented Able to work productively, proactively and independently, on own initiative in a virtual set-up Able to navigate a dynamic, ever-shifting working environment Willingness to learn on the job
Education and work experience:
Background (studies or work experience) including research, data analysis and/or data management Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.) Intermediate or higher level of command of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.) Familiarity with Salesforce or other database softwareHighly valued, not
