About the Role

Help maintain program effectiveness, collect data, and report project status to evaluate outcomes and make data-driven improvements Co-organize info sessions for Challenge participants Co-organize Challengeโ€™s screening and selection process Deliver minutes of each meeting Translate documents to English or Bahasa Indonesia Create a presentation/deck for potential partners Monitor, track, and report feedback from partners

Required Skills and Experience

ยท Excellent verbal and written both Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills

ยท Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently under minimal supervision

ยท Required at least 1 year of prior experience in program/project management

ยท Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

ยท Highly organized and detail-oriented

ยท Strong interest in climate crisis issue
