LE POSTEAider ร l'adoption et au maintien de pratiques administratives efficaces axรฉes sur les besoins des bรฉnรฉficiaires des services et l'utilisation optimale des ressources.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITรS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
1. Vรฉrifier qu'un certain nombre de services est assurรฉs, comme la gestion des installations et des vรฉhicules lรฉgers, l'administration des voyages ou le respect des protocoles y affรฉrents, en tenant ร jour les informations, afin de contribuer au maintien d'un environnement de travail sรปr et agrรฉable.2. Regrouper et traiter diverses informations, notamment en les diffusant pour qu'elles puissent รชtre exploitรฉes lors de l'รฉtablissement de documents et de rapports normalisรฉs destinรฉs ร l'unitรฉ considรฉrรฉe, afin de faciliter la prise de dรฉcisions et de permettre une gestion efficace des ressources.
3. Gรฉrer et tenir ร jour des dossiers au format papier et sous forme รฉlectronique relevant du domaine de responsabilitรฉ considรฉrรฉ conformรฉment aux procรฉdures en vigueur, afin d'assurer un accรจs rapide et facile aux donnรฉes selon que de besoin.
4. Faire des recherches et mener des analyses simples de donnรฉes, afin de contribuer ร la communication d'informations fiables et ร la gestion efficace des ressources.
5. Servir de premier interlocuteur ou de premiรจre interlocutrice pour les demandes d'information internes pour faciliter la rรฉsolution efficiente et efficace des problรจmes rencontrรฉs au quotidien.
6. Fournir des รฉlรฉments susceptibles d'alimenter les mรฉthodes et les pratiques couramment utilisรฉes dans le domaine de travail considรฉrรฉ pour favoriser l'amรฉlioration continue des services assurรฉs.
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPรRIENCE:
Formation: Achรจvement des รฉtudes secondaires. Un certificat dโรฉtudes post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considรฉrรฉ est souhaitable.
Expรฉrience:โข A au minimum 5 annรฉes d'expรฉrience professionnelle
. A fait la preuve de son aptitude ร effectuer au quotidien toutes les tรขches courantes conformรฉment aux normes de fonctionnement du PAM.
โข A aidรฉ ร communiquer des consignes adaptรฉes aux circonstances aux nouveaux membres du personnel.
Connaissances linguistiques: Maitrise du Franรงais et (niveau C) et la connaissance intermรฉdiaire (niveau B) de l'Anglais.
