buildings. Knowledge of applicable EU construction legislation and standards. Knowledge of applicable administrative procedures related to infrastructure project like construction and
occupation permit processes, etc. Demonstrated ability to express himself/herself orally and in writing, including the writing of clear and
concise reports and the production of high quality written output on complex matters. Experience in the technical administration of contracts and in project management. Basic knowledge of NATO regulations. Knowledge of technical support software, such as AutoCAD and MS Project. Expertise in interpreting construction drawings and completing project review.
