ABA ROLI’s WAGE Program requires an unpaid intern to
support the implementation of an integrated women’s economic empowerment
program in El Salvador and Honduras, as well as the WAGE Consortium’s efforts
to use collaborative research and learning to build a body of evidence on
promising practices. Among others, the intern will conduct research on issues
related to gender-based violence, women’s economic empowerment, and women in
peace and security; assist in event planning; and contribute to building WAGE’s
website and social media presence.

The intern may also provide support by conducting research in support of project design,
planning and implementation; providing support with analyzing project performance against
the project plan; providing support for project-related internal and external learning events
(including identifying participants, assisting with the development of the
agenda, etc.), and providing support for the development of project-related
content for WAGE social media platforms and website.

The WAGE internship is primarily suitable for J.D. and LL.M. students and graduates, but MA
students and graduates with relevant knowledge and experience may apply as
well. Spanish language skills are desirable.
