The Program Integration and Development Analyses role in the Indonesia CO aims at providing analyses and idea to integrate initiatives and or project into an integrated portfolio of offers, piloting of new tools and ideas, strategic analyses - documentation and advocacy and resource mobilization.

An intern will be part of this interesting role with a small team of 3-4 individuals, great learning opportunities on development agendas, program and project development, data analyses and advocacy, and project business process.


Duties and Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

Provide support in research and analysis, and presents information gathered from diverse sourcesProvide support in preparing research finding, insights and how to communicate them effectively.Provide support in the improvement of programme activities, promotion and advocacy by preparing activity logs/reports, lessons learned.

Business Process Support

Provide support in workshop, seminar or event preparation related to programme implementationProvide procurement, admin, and finance support in country office business process related to programme implementation Provide liaison support with communication along country office internal unit and government/ministerial or implementing partners related to programme implementation

Other:

Support other/ad hoc activities as seen relevant and needed.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

Currently in the final year of a bachelor's degreeCurrently enrolled in a master's degree; orHave graduated no longer than 1 year ago from a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree or equivalent studies.Field of study: Development Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Management, or equivalent.

Language:

Bahasa Indonesia and English are requiredKnowledge of other UN language is an advantage

Others:

Proficient knowledge of MS Office productivity toolsInterest and motivation in working in an international organization;Good analytical skills in gathering and consolidating data and research for practical implementation;Outgoing and initiative-taking person with a goal oriented mind-set;Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently;Good in organizing and structuring various tasks and responsibilities;
