How can you make a difference?

UNICEF GSSC is looking for a talent who is passionate to ensure that quality information is available on all services provided by the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC). The GSSC serves UNICEF employees across the world supporting their finance, HR and payroll needs.

This is a Temporary Appointment (TA) for 364 days.

This will involve:

Ensure timely updates and maintenance of the knowledge base Streamline the knowledge base Improve the user experience and support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Education:

Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is a minimum requirement, supplemented by technical or university courses in Knowledge or Information management, Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, or any other relevant field is an asset.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of work experience in knowledge management, or communications, information management, learning and development, planning, monitoring and evaluations, HR administration, payroll, finance, customer care or any other related field is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted as 3 yearsโ€™ experience and will be counted work experience requirements (for fully completed degrees only). Strong communication and writing skills is desirable Experience working with Service Gateway is an asset Experience working in a shared service center environment is an asset Experience implementing customer-centric interventions is an asset Experience working with multiple stakeholders is an asset

Language:

Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
