DT Global is seeking long-and-sort term experts for the anticipated USAID/Indonesia L-GEE supports the Government of Indonesia (GOI) to increase the quality of policy implementation and service delivery at the subnational level. L-GEE supports the Government of Indonesia (GOI) to increase the quality of policy implementation and service delivery at the subnational level.

DT Global seeks long-term and short-term specialists in one or more of the below who meet the minimum qualifications. DT-Global strongly encourages local Indonesian nationals within the relevant programmatic areas to apply:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Advanced degree in public administration, political science, political economy, law, economics or other closely related field.

· At least eight (8) years’ experience in public administration, service delivery, local governance, and key field listed above.

· Fluency in English required.

· Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) language skills are preferred.

· Local experience in Indonesia is preferred.

· Previous experience working in Indonesia or the region desirable.

· Proven experience working on donor-funded activities (USAID preferred).

· Proven experience developing and finalizing high quality deliverables.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
