    The Salary for this position is INR 1,20,000/- per month, also employee will be covered with medical benefits as per WFP 's Plan. All Tax liability for payments from this contract are to be borne by the subscriber.

    JOB PURPOSE

    In coordination with WFP Country Office and under the supervision of Pr. Secretary, Department of Labour and Employee's State Insurance Department, Government of Odisha, or as decided by her/him, the State Project Coordinator will provide technical assistance to coordinate the implementation of a pilot project in Khordha district, Odisha, on digital platforms for facilitating portability of food-based social protection programmes such as TPDS, Anganwadi Services, health services and School Meals enabling seamless access to entitlements for migrant women, children and their families.

    The position holder will coordinate with multiple government stakeholders at state and district level to ensure smooth implementation of the pilot. The position holder will also contribute to capacity-building efforts, monitoring and documentation

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Not all inclusive)

    Under the direct supervision of the Pr. Secretary, Department of Labour and Employee's State Insurance Department, Government of Odisha, or as decided by her/him, and under the technical supervision by Head of the Social Protection and Supply Chain Unit, WFP New Delhi the State Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

    1. Supporting Implementation of Digital Solutions for Social protection portability

    • Assist in designing and implementation of an integrated digital platform for real-time mobility tracking of migrants.
    • Support in organising stakeholder consultation workshop to facilitate solution design.
    • Create an implementation plan outlining key milestones, timelines and responsibilities for the rollout of digital solutions.
    • Coordinate with State Level Technical Committee to ensure smooth implementation of the digital solution.

      2. Support in vendor onboarding and management.
