Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC), a global project funded by the U.S Government and the U.S. Presidentโ€™s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), that provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIV epidemic control among all at-risk populations; strengthen global health security (GHS), including outbreak response; expand improve maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), address malaria, improve nutrition; and promote health systems strengthening (HSS) including supply chain management. In Haiti, EpiC implements HIV, MNCH and nutrition activities, working closely with the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP)

Job description

The Senior Grants Officer will support the management of MNCH and nutrition activities subawardees. S/he will be in routine contact with the EpiC subawardees in the country, conducting compliance site visits and providing ongoing support for financial and management systems setup and strengthening to develop subawardee capacity. He/she will ensure that all functions under the EpiC subawardees are conducted in an efficient manner and in compliance with DOS and FHI360 policies, procedures and regulations and will be in routine contact with subawardees. The position requires close collaboration with other operations staff within EpiC and the FHI 360 Haiti country office to ensure application of FHI 360 and DOS regulations, policies and practices.

The position will be based in Petion-Ville, Haiti and work out of the FHI 360 Country office. Preference is for Haitian national candidates.
