Duration and type of contract:ย  ย  ย  ย  2 years fixed term with possibility of extensionย (Senegalese Nationals only)

Generic responsibilities

  1. Implement NRCโ€™s HR systems and proceduresย 
  2. Ensure compliance and adherence to employment guidelines and other NRC policies
  3. Implement global standards and initiatives on HR reporting at the ROย 
  4. Maintain a healthy and empowering office environment that encourages open, honest and productive communication
  5. Ensure guidance, support and capacity building to CWA country HR staff and line managers in field ย  ย  ย  and country offices
  6. Provide regular HR analysis, statistics and reports to the region
  7. Support an efficient contract management
  8. Support the efficient handling of recruitment, payroll, archiving, contracts and logistic frameworks ย for HR related activities
  9. Serve as back up for the Regional HR Admin Coordinator if /when needed

    • Collect HR data from all CWA countries, analyze and provide regular HR analysis and reports
    • Ensure the timely and proactive provision of HR reports in support to workforce planning and allowing to identify and address challenges
    • Ensure HR reports are prepared in a catchy, informative and easy-to-take in format
    • Support and develop CWA HR team members responsible for HR data documentationย 
    • Ensure that the Regional Office HR databases are up to date
    • Randomly and regularly control the HR data quality in CWA countries
    • Provide quality translations of HR documents from English to French and vice versa.
    • Coordinate the NRC performance management process throughout the CWA region

      2. Minimum 5 years of experience from working as HR Administrator /Coordinator /Specialist /Generalist or in similar position ย 
    • Sound understanding of HR processes and the employee life cycleย 
  10. Experience from working in complex contexts
Fluency in English and French, both written and verbalย Well versed with Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of various presentation software
