Terms of ReferenceThe incumbent will be part of the case processing team for durable solutions in Zarzis.(S)he will be actively engaged in profiling, screening and interviewing refugees for solutions, including resettlement, complementary pathways and voluntary repatriation, preparing all necessary assessment reports and documentation in line with relevant SOPs. (S)he will provide counselling to refugees and other persons of concern to help them identify the most appropriate durable solution and make well-informed decisions. The incumbent will ensure timely processing of documents so that persons of concern receive what they need to facilitate access to the identified solution. The incumbent will update and maintain electronic databases for resettlement, voluntary repatriation, and complementary pathways, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. The incumbent will prepare statistical and ad-hoc reports, draft and submit documentation related to durable solutions, and enter data into systems as required. In addition, the incumbent will support the office in Zarzis by conducting Vulnerability Assessments for complex and urgent cases and will, when necessary, support identity management activities.
