About this position

We are looking for an analytical and motivated Project Manager for The Eportal Project. As Project Manager for The Eportal Project, you will work in close relationship with the Project Coordinator to coordinate actions and facilitate agreement between the different teams involved in the development of the new Eportal: KIC/ISU, KIC/DCC, KIC/ICD ITE/ITO, ITE/DTO, external vendors and other collaborators, under the guidance of the Project Coordinator.

You will work in KIC鈥檚 Information Services Unit (ISU) part of The Knowledge, Innovation and Communication (KIC) department. This team is responsible for conducting data collection and analysis to improve knowledge, innovation, and communication products.

The Information Services Unit (KIC/ISU) is currently executing a Project of the Digital Transformation Program led by ITE, to redesign the institutional employee portal (Eportal) of the Bank.

The team has completed a user-centered design process that has involved representatives from all our internal audiences. This process has resulted in a Design Document & Wireframes that compiles the content structure, navigation logic, functionalities guidelines for a new SharePoint site to be developed. The site is currently being developed, aiming for the launch of a minimum viable product and will continue to evolve until the product is ready to be fully launched by the end of the year. From there, the team will continue to evolve the product, always following a user-centered design approach.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and organized project manager to work alongside the leader of this project. The person will have outstanding communication and negotiation skills and should be capable of handling multiple streams of work with efficiency.

What you鈥檒l do:

Work alongside the Project Leader to strategically plan sessions, actions and coordination between different teams inside the organization:

Ensure milestones and deadlines are met according to the Project Plan and the Project Coordinator indications.

Oversee the execution of vendors guaranteeing quality, best practices and alignment with design guidelines are respected.

Facilitate the integration of data that needs to be displayed on the Eportal, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to map needs and requirements, agree on architecture and methodological approaches and generating actions plans to be executed.

Support with the identification and definition of new requirements, generate user stories and facilitate agile rituals.

Manage vendor timelines and administrative processes.

Coordinate testing sessions in alignment with the requirements of the technical and design teams and under the supervision of the Project Leader.

Support overseeing the projects progress and adapt work as required, working alongside the DTO project manager.

Supports the coordination and communication of the different stakeholders, maintaining sponsors and collaborators informed and aligned.

Collaborates with the efforts around designing improved processes and governance for Eportal content generation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

The consultant will be delivering the following reports or deliverables for this consultancy:

Regular progress reports to the Project leader and DTO team regarding the status of the project, to include systematic tracking of pending tasks and recommendations for further action.

Minutes of decision-making meetings

Bi-monthly reports to management, prepared in coordination with the Project Leader

What you'll need

  • Education: Master鈥檚 degree in areas related to: Business, Information Sciences, Computer Sciences. Bachelors or certification in Project Management desirable.
  • Experience: Between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience coordinating multi- disciplinary digital transformation projects. Familiarity with digital communications and user-centered design practices.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
