About this position:

HRD Project Management Office (PMO) is crucial in ensuring that all departmental projects and initiatives align with the IDB's institutional strategy and Departmental priorities. This involves a meticulous and comprehensive approach to project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

The PMO acts as a catalyst for transformational change, leading to a more streamlined and efficient department that is better equipped to meet the needs of IDB Group employees and drive the organization's overall success. The PMO works closely with other Departments and stakeholders to ensure that assigned projects and initiatives align with the HRDโ€™s goals and objectives and that teams collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently throughout the project cycle.

HRD is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional with deep knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies that can work under moderate supervision.
