Work LocationPristina Expected duration6 months. Desired start 30 June 2025. Duties and ResponsibilitiesContribution towards the preparation of different draft plans for the next financial year including: 1. Compiling inputs received from different offices for the draft 2026-2027 Travel and Training Plan. 2. Compiling information received from different offices on proposed RBB outputs and indicators for 2026-2027. 3. Working with the Political Affairs/Planning Officer to finalize the other sections of the draft document for 2026-2027. Contribution towards the Missionโ€™s performance monitoring and related reports 1. Reviewing the final reports of all the Missionโ€™s programmatic activities which were implemented during the year and producing a summary of the main achievements. 2. Compiling information received from different offices and producing a first draft of the outputs and indicators section of the RBB performance report. 3. Working with the Political Affairs/Planning Officer in finalizing the remainder of the annual Performance Report. Contribution towards the implementation of the Comprehensive Planning and Performance Assessment System 1. Assist with clearing the backlog of Recommendations within the Missionโ€™s Comprehensive Planning and Performance Assessment System by compiling status updates on the implementation of Recommendations. 2. Assist with monitoring the implementation of CPAS Impact and Outcome Indicators. Other tasks 1. Work with relevant offices with the goal of assisting with the collection and disaggregation of pertinent data from the Missionโ€™s programmatic activities such as statistics on the number of communities/women/youth/municipalities which benefitted/participated in specific projects, including the development of a monthly Power BI to display such statistics. 2. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Political Affairs/Planning Officer. Qualifications/special skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable. Knowledge of project management is desirable.
