The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for TBS Program Director to lead and oversee a global transformation program. The Program Director will play a pivotal role in driving the successful transformation of the organization's complex business support services across multiple countries. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects within a global context.

Who we're looking for a person with
At least 15 yearsโ experience in leading the successful design and delivery of global transformational change processes and development programs in a challenging context. Experience of applying business analysis tools and methodologies to designing, delivering, and monitoring change processes. Demonstrable knowledge, understanding and experience of the key business functions which support country operational needs and realities, including the liabilities and risks associated with this work. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels within a complex organization. Understanding of funding flows in the aid sector, donor requirements and how this plays out within INGO โfamiliesโ/Federations/Confederations Proven management and leadership experience in a complex (participatory), multi-cultural environment, leading diverse teams and stakeholders (internal and external) in the delivery of a program of organisational change. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget in complex organizational environments. Knowledge of change management principles and techniques, and experience driving cultural change within complex organizations. Persistence, positivity, tenacity and drive when leading through complex Change.
