DUTIES:ย

Assist in conducting supply market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their products and services, and provide analysis as may be necessary to conduct efficient procurement. Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet organizational needs. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies. Assist in managing procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management. Assist in maintaining accurate and clear records and documentation related to procurement activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with project objectives and goals. Ensure on-time delivery, challenge non-compliance in areas of responsibility, purchase order monitoring and updating. Monitor and track daily/weekly supplier deliveries by liaising with relevant stakeholders. Assist in preparing monthly supply chain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as may be required. Assist in developing and maintaining a reporting system that measures the contribution of the procurement processes. Promote excellent customer service; identify, review, and implement strategies to improve service, quality, and efficiency. Assist in facilitating and coordinating best procurement practice, tendering and contracting. Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolve any issues or concerns. Provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders. Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
