Se requieren cuatro pasantes que realicen la tarea de digitalizaci贸n de la documentaci贸n de rendici贸n de cuentas presentada por personas beneficiadas por el proyecto antes mencionado;
Responsabilidades clave
- Recibir por medio de mensajer铆a instant谩nea digital la imagen del comprobante de pago de las compras realizadas a trav茅s del mecanismo de tarjetas alimentaria;
- Descargar los comprobantes de pago del repositorio digital de la tienda o supermercado asociado para su proceso y consolidaci贸n
- Realizar una base de datos con la informaci贸n recolectada con el objetivo de categorizarla seg煤n se requiera;
- Realizar reportes que se requieran para la consolidaci贸n de la informaci贸n;
- Incorporar los lineamentos de la pol铆tica corporativa referidos a igualdad de g茅nero en todas sus actividades;
- Otras tareas/actividades asignadas por la Representante de la oficina de pa铆s;
Competencias
- Poseer habilidades de comunicaci贸n que le permitan interactuar de manera asertiva y cooperativa con el personal de la oficina;
- Contar con habilidad para la soluci贸n de problemas de manera r谩pida y efectiva;
- Debe poseer habilidades de organizaci贸n, manejo eficiente de la informaci贸n y del tiempo;
- Atenci贸n al detalle para asegurar la calidad de las im谩genes digitalizadas;
Calificaciones
- Los candidatos deben ser ciudadanos de nacionalidad peruana;
- Los candidatos deben encontrarse estudiando los 煤ltimos ciclos (8vo, 9no o 10mo) o haber egresado en los 煤ltimos 12 meses de las carreras de Ciencias de la Informaci贸n, Archiv铆stica o Gesti贸n documental, Ingenier铆a de Sistemas de Informaci贸n o afines;
Experiencia
- Deseable poseer experiencia en el uso de herramientas de digitalizaci贸n y gesti贸n de bases de datos;
- Experiencia en tareas administrativas y manejo de documentos.
T茅rminos y condiciones
La pasant铆a tendr谩 una duraci贸n de 7 meses y la persona seleccionada recibir谩 una remuneraci贸n mensual como contribuci贸n a sus costos b谩sicos de subsistencia tal y como lo estipula la normativa del Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP) para el programa de pasantes.
