PROJECT DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVE

UNDP Kazakhstan has successfully completed two phases of Business and Human Rights project (March 2022 – May 2024). The outcomes of the project include increased knowledge of Japanese companies and their suppliers on UN Guiding Principles and Human Rights Due Diligence, the context assessment of the human rights-related risks in the policies of Japanese companies working in Kazakhstan, and the first National Baseline Assessment of the legislative framework and corporative policies that regulate responsible business conduct and support implementation of UNGP.

This assignment aims at engagement of the National Expert on SDGs/Business and Human Rights who will provide technical expertise in implementation of project activities and ensure delivery of analysis, working group support and private sector partnership.


Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
