Generic responsibilities:
Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines. Implement delegated support function portfolio according to plan of action. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management. Ensure proper filing of documents. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function. Following staff capacity building. Responsible for resources used by others. Contribute to the development of the activities.Specific responsibilities:
Generic professional competencies:
Experience from working as a Support Function Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context. Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts. ย Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilities. University Degree in B-Com, BBA and Economics is Required. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office. Fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to work additional hours when required. Ability to commence work immediately.Context related skills, knowledge and experience:
At least 5 Years previous work experience with an International NGO. Knowledge of Logistics related fields. Being able to take decision that impact on delivery of activities and services. Good control and supervisory skills.Behavioral competencies:
