World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the worldโs leading conservation organizations, seeks a Business Services Senior Specialist
Major Function
The Business Services Senior Specialist is a dynamic position that oversees and improves WWFโs corporate fundraising functions, processes, workflows, reporting, analyses, and online resources. The Senior Specialist is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and integrity of established corporate engagement fundraising functions, processes, and workflows, and proposing/developing improvement strategies and implementing them. This role regularly produces fundraising reports and analyses, conducts data quality audits, and develops process documentation and online resources.
Responsibilities
Oversee the core functions of the Business Services Team, to optimize process and workflow efficiency, reduce staff errors, and improve production quality. Ensure all core BZS functions are performed in a timely manner with extraordinary attention to detail, respect for deadlines, strict adherence to business rules and protocols, and high quality standards. Core functions include reviewing and executing corporate revenue agreements, processing pledges and gifts, invoicing, writing personalized gift acknowledgments, maintaining a database of corporate major giving opportunities, and designing and producing fundraising reports and analyses. Identify, develop, implement, and manage process and workflow improvements. Develop and socialize business process documentation. Oversee entry and audit of corporate pledges and gifts. Oversee the maintenance of and upgrades to the Business Services Intranet/internal sites as well as online resources. Serve as internal expert and engineer for various online data systems for information collection, audit, and migration across multiple systems and processes. Design and engineer a semi-automated workflow system. Maintain awareness of corporate prospect management activities and engage as appropriate. Lead the maintenance and expansion of Private Sector Engagementโs (PSE) information and records within WWFโs constituent relationship management (CRM) system. Oversee the training and onboarding of new PSE staff to WWFโs fundraising systems, business processes, and protocols. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A bachelorโs degree or equivalent is required.Position requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience in data collection, organization, dissemination, and audit; preferably in a non-profit environment. MUST have advanced Excel skills (i.e. export and design reports Highly skilled at process and workflow engineering with proven ability to improve process efficiency and streamline workflows simultaneously reducing production time, improving production quality, and eliminating redundancy in the end-user experienceIn-depth knowledge of fundraising processes and knowledge of CRM systems is a plusPOWER BI would be ideal and building Microsoft forms is ideal as wellHighly organized with extraordinary attention to detail.
