University degree in a Software development related field, equivalent education or relevant professional experience. Mature understanding of management systems with at least five years of experience in internal or external management consultancy, involving BI systems design and improvement. At least one major project completed from feasibility study through to post implementation review, with responsibility for project management at each stage of development. Broad technical background in the area of IT infrastructure and applications including Collaboration technologies, the Agency's enterprise BI software (SAP BW & SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence), Internet technologies, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), as required. Extensive experience of SAP BW modelling and development with emphasis on at least one specific functional area (Logistics, Procurement, Finance). Good knowledge in the area of web technologies, including the standards applicable and the software/hardware environments and architecture used in implementing them. Experience in leading (or participating) in teams in performing systems process and functional analysis of organisation elements or complex activities. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
