Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the direct supervision and guidance of CTED’s associate information management officer, the Intern will assist with CTC/CTED Data and Information Management: Organize and manage data across different platforms. Helps in providing first level helpdesk user support. Provides technical support for virtual, hybrid, and online meetings. Development of Tools and Dashboards: Leverage Microsoft Excel and Power BI, low code platforms to develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and tools. Research and Development: Keep up to date with the latest trends in information management, AI, cloud computing, and software advancements, including Azure and Windows 11 features. Takes participation on AI based tool development. Qualifications/special skillsApplicants must be enrolled in, or recently have graduated from, a graduate degree programme in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or related area. Job - Specific Qualification 1. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 platform, including Excel, Power BI, OneDrive, Power Apps, Forms, and SharePoint. • Ability to develop interactive dashboards and graphs in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. • Familiarity with data management principles and best practices. • Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies. • Knowledge of Python/SQL is preferred but not mandatory. 2. Soft Skills: • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present data. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and proactive in learning new tools and technologies.
